XHAPPENING was a festival established in 2018 aimed at revitalising venues and suburbs in Sydney, particularly Kings Cross, which suffered from lockout laws. I was commissioned to design the festival logo during its initial planning phase. The logo features vibrant, retro neon typography, alluding to the rich nightlife history of Kings Cross, and served as a dynamic symbol for the project
